SHIPPING RATE

Shipping is calculated on your order subtotal after discounts and before tax. One flat rate. Simple.

HOW DELIVERY WORKS

Same-day delivery is our standard. When you place an order, our technology locates the nearest in-stock inventory and dispatches it to your door.

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM local time: Delivered same day.

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM local time: Delivered next day.

Delivery estimates are displayed dynamically on product pages based on your ZIP code and real-time inventory availability.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an Order Confirmation email when your order is placed and a Shipment Notification email with a tracking link once your order is on its way. Real-time tracking updates are available once your order is out for delivery.

You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your BubbaSKU account or by emailing orders@bubbasku.com with your Order ID.

WHERE WE SHIP

BubbaSKU currently ships within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

We are expanding our delivery footprint and will update this policy as new markets become available.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate packages with different tracking numbers and delivery dates. Each shipment will trigger its own notification email. This does not affect your order total or shipping charges.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date:

• Email orders@bubbasku.com with your Order ID and photographic evidence of damage (if applicable).

• BubbaSKU will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

We stand behind every product we sell. If something goes wrong during delivery, we make it right.

ITEM UNAVAILABILITY

If the exact product you ordered becomes unavailable after your order is accepted, BubbaSKU will notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method. We do not substitute products. You buy SKU A, you get SKU A.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. BubbaSKU is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

How fast can I get my order?

Same day if you order before 4:00 PM local time. Next day if you order after.

Do I need a promo code for free shipping?

No. Free shipping on orders $35+ is automatically applied at checkout.

Can I change my order after placing it?

There is a very small window to make changes. Contact orders@bubbasku.com immediately, but we cannot guarantee modifications after processing begins.

Will all my items arrive together?

Not necessarily. To get you your items as fast as possible, orders may ship in multiple packages.

What if my item is out of stock after I order?

You get a full refund immediately. We never substitute products.
