RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. RETURNS ARE HANDLED BY BUBBASKU

BubbaSKU is the retailer and merchant of record for every transaction on our platform. All returns, exchanges, and warranty inquiries must be processed through BubbaSKU directly. We manage the entire customer lifecycle from purchase to resolution.

Important: Do not attempt to return items to any physical retail location. Only BubbaSKU can process returns for BubbaSKU orders.

2. RETURN WINDOW & ELIGIBILITY

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. This window begins on the day your order is marked as "Delivered" by our courier.

Condition Requirements:
Pristine & Resalable: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received them.
Original Packaging: Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging (e.g., shoe box, electronics box, heat-sealed plastic) with all internal packing materials intact.
Tags & Documentation: All original tags, instruction manuals, warranty cards, and accessories (cords, remotes, etc.) must be included.

3. PRODUCT EXCLUSIONS (FINAL SALE)

To maintain product integrity and safety standards, the following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Sporting Gear: Baseball and softball bats are non-returnable if the factory plastic wrapper has been removed. Golf clubs are non-returnable once the head-wrap is broken.
Bicycles: Unused bikes are eligible for a 24-hour sizing verification grace period only. Once a bike has been ridden outside or used, it is ineligible for return.
Electronics & Software: Any electronic item with a broken factory seal or opened software package is ineligible for a full refund.
Safety Equipment: Football helmets, batting helmets, and cycling pads are non-returnable if the packaging is opened.
Hygiene & Perishables: Intimate apparel, swimwear (hygiene seal removed), consumables (food/supplements), and personalized/custom goods are Final Sale.
Collectibles: Trading cards and autographed memorabilia are strictly Final Sale to prevent tampering.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN (MAIL-IN ONLY)

We do not accept in-person returns. All returns must be processed through our logistics center:

1. Request: Email orders@bubbasku.com with your Order ID.

2. Authorization: Once approved, we will email you a Prepaid Return Shipping Label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3. The "No Box-on-Box" Rule: Securely pack your item in a shipping box. Do not adhere the shipping label directly to the product’s retail box (e.g., do not tape the label onto a Sony TV box or a Nike shoe box).

4. Drop-off: Drop the package at the carrier location specified on your label (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

5. FEES & REFUNDS

Standard Returns (Change of Mind): A flat $7.99 Return Shipping Fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Exchanges & Store Credit: If you choose to exchange the item or receive Store Credit, the $7.99 fee is waived.
Defective/Incorrect Items: BubbaSKU covers 100% of return costs for damaged or incorrectly fulfilled items.
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the item (3–5 business days), refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

6. FRAUD & SECURITY (SERIAL NUMBER TRACKING)

To protect our platform and our customers, BubbaSKU utilizes a Serial Number Verification System.

• We record the unique serial numbers and identifiers for all electronics, high-value sporting goods, and luxury items prior to delivery.
• If a returned item’s serial number does not match the unit sold to you, the return will be denied, the refund will be forfeited, and the incident may be reported to local authorities.

7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Email orders@bubbasku.com with your Order ID and clear photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy.
• We will provide a free same-day replacement (where inventory allows) or a full refund.
