How Same‑Day Delivery Works

How Same-Day Delivery Works

Step 1: Shop Live Local Inventory Enter your ZIP code to browse specific, in-stock items available at retail stores right in your community. You only see what can actually be delivered to you today.

Step 2: We Secure Your Order Once you check out, Bubba-SKU instantly routes your purchase to the nearest local store and dispatches a verified local courier.

Step 3: Fast to Your Door Your courier retrieves the item directly from the store shelf and brings it to your door in hours. You will receive a live tracking link to follow your delivery in real-time.

What if an item sells out? Because local retail inventory moves fast, an item may occasionally sell out before our courier arrives. If this happens, we do not make unauthorized substitutions. Your order will be immediately canceled and fully refunded to your original payment method.

Where we deliver: Our same-day delivery network currently operates exclusively in the San Antonio and Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metro areas.
